The Susquehanna Annual Conference

"The mission of Susquehanna Conference is to grow spiritual transformational leaders, equip vital congregations and create new places for new people, and connect with each other and the world so that alive in Christ together, the Susquehanna Conference will embody the beloved community of disciple making congregations."

Every year the clergy and laity from United Methodist churches gather together to praise God and find ways to bring the Good News to more people. This includes talking about future goals, programs and budgets, ordaining clergy members as deacons and elders, and electing delegates to Jurisdictional and General Conferences (every 4 years). (see umc.org)

Our conference, the Susquehanna Conference, is made up of seven districts with over nine hundred churches. Geyers Church is part of the Harrisburg District, which is overseen by our district superintendent, Barry Robison.
